Caring for Your Board
Caring for your food board is easy and will give it a long life. Feel free to send us a message if you have any questions!
Food can be served directly on the board and it can be used as a cutting board. To clean the board, wipe with a damp cloth and dry immediately. Try to avoid having water sit on the board. You can cut on the board, however it may leave knife marks.
Boards have been treated on the top side only with 3 coats of Watco Butcher Block Oil. You can use oil of any kind to restore or rejuvenate your board (e.g. canola or mineral oil). We love Watco because of its durability (pictured to the left).
