How can I buy a board?

Please visit our Boards page to view the available products and prices. Once you know which product you would like, please Contact Us and let us know which Board # you would like and where you are located. Curb-side pickup or delivery will then be arranged. We are located in Waterloo but are flexible to arrangements within the GTA. Payment via e-transfer or credit card is available - Andy will help you with this!

Interested in how a board is made?

Step 1: Cut 10 foot slabs of wood into food board length.

Step 2: Round the corners with a jigsaw.

Step 3: Flatten each board with a hand planer so the piece sits perfectly flat and ready for the big planer.

Step 4: The board goes through the 48 inch sander planer.

Step 5: Fill holes with two part epoxy (if needed).

Step 6: Smooth and sand the ends and corners.

Step 7: Sand the top and then sand some more.

Step 8: Top Secret.
